6:00 am – 9:00 am;
Monday – Friday; 15 hours per week

Summary / Objective

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Inventory Associate will ensure all aspects of daily activities at their designated garages are performed to meet client needs. The role embodies the P.A.L.S core values through performance, policy and procedure adherence, and effective communication with team members regarding client and company matters.

Essential Functions
  • Ensure garage coverage is met daily at primary location(s) and assist with backup coverage to other locations when available.
  • Maintain inventory quality and quantity through 98% or above scan compliance in all assigned garages.
  • Ensure the service requirement of 7:30AM local time is met daily.
  • Complete daily Garage 101 tasks and any necessary amendments.
  • Maintain First‑In, First‑Out stock management.
  • Act as a safety advocate, maintaining an accident‑free work environment.
  • Participate in daily conference calls with staff and management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Engage in leadership skill development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Garage 101 Tasks
  • Place product signs directly above correct product.
  • Stage products correctly – pallets combined and orderly.
  • Keep desk area clean, organized, and functional.
  • Place garage barcode on desk or wall.
  • Ensure compliance with LG‑OSS and AT&T policies.
  • Report daily at designated time and submit reports by set deadlines.
  • Complete task sequence in order.
Travel
  • Local travel 0%–25% (less than 100miles one‑way per trip).
  • Extended travel 0%–10% (more than 100miles one‑way per trip).
Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse environment. It routinely involves loud noises, bright lights and temperature variations that may equal current exterior weather conditions.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months of warehouse or inventory experience.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Prepare for and pass a 5‑panel drug screening.
Physical Demands

The job requires regular talking or hearing, close vision, and the ability to lift, bend, twist, sit and stand for extended periods. Use of pallet jacks, laptops, scanners and other office equipment is required.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Ability to use a pallet jack.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Active smartphone or equivalent device.
