Under the direction of the Head of Creative, the Creative Specialist will bring brands and story-telling to life by producing cutting-edge digital content for business-to-business CRM platforms and business-to consumer platforms such as social media and eCommerce.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties will be assigned.
- Support the business’ eCommerce business by producing dynamic digital assets such as emails, web-banners, print projects, and webpage content.
- Produce brand content such as sell-sheets, social media assets, playbooks and key visuals.
- Edit and manipulate event photography. Having experience in shooting product and lifestyle images is a plus.
- Work in close collaboration with Product Management team, Omni-Channel Marketing Team and Customer Experience Team in the United States. Provide outstanding support and service to our in-field Area Sales Management Team.
- Establish a strong working relationship with the Global Marketing team in Basel, Switzerland to ensure effective and efficient deployment of global brand creative execution following brand or initiative guidelines.
- Open to collaboration, diverse viewpoints and the ability to communicate effectively. Aware of current and changing design trends. Understands competitors marketing within the product brand.
- Able to be creative within perimeters of Global Brand Guidelines
- Video production experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree (B.
A.) from four-year College or university desirable - 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master knowledge of graphic design and Adobe design suite in MAC environment – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of Web-Based Platforms/Tools, and Social Media Platforms.
