Front Desk & Customer Service:
Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image;
Sales Order Support:
Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete;
Customer Account Management:
Process customer credit applications, assist with financing arrangements, and maintain accurate customer account information in retail management systems;
Cash Handling & Financial Procedures:
Follow established cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions according to company policies under Office Manager supervision;
Customer Issue Resolution:
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to Management as appropriate while following up to ensure resolution
