Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent service.

- Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and ensure all areas are tidy and organized.
- Change bed linens and towels; make beds and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages to management.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of any issues with equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing their needs and requests with a positive attitude.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the environment.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their safe usage.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
