- Position Summary:
South Pinellas County, Florida - 60k-70k or higher DOE!
Plating Supervisor - Electroplating Industry experience a MUST! Will be overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensure production schedules are met, and lead a team of production employees. This role is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and schedules
- Supervise, train, and evaluate production employees
- Assign work and resolve production or personnel issues
- Support hiring and workforce scheduling
- Maintain production, safety, and employee records
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce scrap
- Enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards
- Prepare operational reports for management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-10 years of manufacturing or related industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Ability to read blueprints and understand production processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
