Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience Requirements:
Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Basic understanding of manufacturing or fabrication processes

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or academic project experience in drafting or design Experience creating fabrication or manufacturing drawings Familiarity with GD&T principles Exposure to sheet metal, machining, or structural design

Job Duties:

Create and revise detailed 2D and 3D mechanical/fabrication drawings Collaborate with senior engineers on design updates and improvements Verify dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications Assist with bill of materials (BOM) development Support project documentation and technical files Ensure drawings meet company and industry standards
