Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests, addressing questions and concerns promptly;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist in setting guest service expectations and training store staff on policies and procedures;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system and manage cash handling;
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, merchandizing, and ensure all areas meet company guidelines
