Our tight-knit team is actively seeking a skilled Sign Installer with experience in applying and installing various types of signage and graphics to join us full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing vinyl graphics, window decals, wall murals, floor graphics, outdoor banners, acrylic signs, and small vehicle lettering with precision and professionalism.

• Signage Installation: Install vinyl graphics, wall murals, window decals, floor graphics, banners, acrylic signs, and small vehicle lettering on various surfaces.
• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for installation to achieve the best adhesion and longevity.
• On-Site Installation: Travel to client locations to perform installations safely and efficiently.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed jobs for accuracy, durability, and adherence to client specifications.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow industry best practices and safety protocols for working at heights, using tools, and handling materials.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain installation tools and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional sign installation or large-format graphics application experience.

  Skills:
  
  Proficient in applying vinyl graphics, handling banners, installing acrylic signs, and working with small vehicle lettering.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to install signage cleanly, bubble-free, and with precise alignment.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, working on ladders, and performing physical tasks.
• Tools & Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with installation tools such as squeegees, heat guns, application tape, and cutting tools.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (company vehicle may be provided for installations).
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
