Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current NCCCO or NCCER Crane Certification preferred.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
- Ability to pass a DOT Physical Examination.
- Previous crane operation experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Safely operate cranes and lifting equipment to move heavy materials and equipment.
- Determine load weights and ensure lifts remain within safe operating capacities.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report or repair minor mechanical issues.
- Inspect and maintain cables, hooks, pulleys, and lifting accessories.
- Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures.
- Read work schedules and prioritize material movement to support production.
- Work closely with team members to complete lifts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.
