• Identify and acquire quality used vehicles from various sources including auctions, trade‑ins, and private sellers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sellers, dealers, and wholesalers to secure the best pricing and inventory.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles meet company standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor inventories to make informed acquisition decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and reconditioning teams to optimize inventory turnover and profitability.
• Manage budgets and maintain accurate records of all acquisitions and related transactions.

• Proven experience in used car acquisition, automotive sales, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the used car market and vehicle appraisal techniques.
• Ability to analyze market data and inventory performance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
