Subaru South Charlotte is hiring Express Service Technicians to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career as an automotive technician. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want the opportunity to advance within a Subaru dealership.
Position Responsibilities- Oil and filter changes
- Tire rotations
- Multi-point vehicle inspections
- Battery testing and replacement
- Engine and cabin air filter replacement
- Wiper blade and bulb replacement
- Tire inspections and pressure adjustments
- Brake inspections
- Fluid inspections and maintenance
- Identifying additional maintenance and safety needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following Subaru and dealership repair procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and complete Subaru training
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
