Cam-Ful Industries has an immediate opportunity for a Plumbing Estimator / Take-Off Specialist in our Pineville, North Carolina office. This position supports and reports directly to the Senior Plumbing Estimator.

Commercial plumbing, construction estimating, material take-off, or similar industry experience and blueprint-reading experience are required.

Responsibilities Responsibilities- Prepare project quantity and material take-offs.
- Review plumbing drawings, specifications, bid manuals, and addenda.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare pricing worksheets, bid summaries, quotes, and proposal documents.
- Monitor bid progress, due dates, outstanding pricing, clarifications, and required submission documents.
- Identify missing information, drawing conflicts, and potential scope gaps.
- Support the Senior Plumbing Estimator with assigned bids and estimating responsibilities.
- One to two years of experience in commercial plumbing, construction estimating, material take-offs, or a closely related mechanical-construction role.
- Ability to read drawings, plumbing plans, specifications, bid manuals, addenda, and electronic blueprints.
- Ability to perform accurate product, material, and quantity take-offs.
- Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems, piping materials, fixtures, valves, fittings, and equipment.
- Strong math, computer, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet firm deadlines.
- FastPIPE experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
