Concierge

Terra Bella Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to serve residents, guests, and employees at The Haven and The Laurel Carolina Place.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, taking and delivering messages, providing general information, and maintaining front desk operations.

• Answer telephone calls and perform reception duties.
• Take complete messages and communicate them to intended recipients.
• Greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and provide directions.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets for team members and family members; tally meal count sheets for Dining staff.
• Update the Resident Phone List and Roster, Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; maintain Guest and Sign-In logs as needed.
• Schedule appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
• Maintain a neat and organized desk and entry area.
• Distribute mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators.
• Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Adhere to all company personnel policies and established operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years of customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
