JOB SUMMARY /
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Network Administrator of many internal practices to enhance the performance of our systems, applications, and processes. This role will learn, evaluate and document the ITS environment to enhance support services within the organization. Providing Windows desktop administration, system monitoring, patch compliance, troubleshooting problems, and an escalation contact for complex service desk issues are the primary objectives of Network Administrator
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES :
Other duties may be assigned. A teammate in this position must have the ability to:
- Patch Management: Identifying and deploying critical security patches to all endpoints through the Ivanti platform to maintain system security.
- Software Distribution: Distributing and installing software applications across the network using Ivanti's deployment tools.
- User Access Control: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the Ivanti console to ensure appropriate user access to system resources.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues reported by users through the Ivanti Neurons ITSM.
- Operating System Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and their administration. Endpoint Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Intermediate understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and infrastructure to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively

Clear communication to explain technical issues to non-technical users and stakeholders - Infrastructure
Skills:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Client/Server architecture. - Intermediate understanding of Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Certificate Authority, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Desktop Services.
- Ability to work within VMware vCenter to update Windows Templates and deploy Windows Server 2022.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Client/Server architecture.
- Microsoft Office 365
Skills:
Ability to administer a cloud based M365 Environment. - Advance familiarity with M365 Administration and features a plus.
A teammate in this position must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to complete implementations and resolve issues.
- Analytical skills - Ability to use critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems
- Ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
