Quality Technician - 3rd Shift

Quality Technician – 3rd Shift
This position is responsible for monitoring production processes, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. Full-Time Temp to Hire Opportunity 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Pay Rate: $16.50/Per Hour Attendance Bonus Get paid every Friday!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with established processes and quality standards.
- Perform in-process quality inspections using handheld measuring tools and gauges.
- Provide daily written reports regarding quality and production activities.
- Ensure proper product identification and traceability throughout the production process.
- Document quality findings and assist with corrective actions as needed.
- Support production operations during shift coverage needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and personnel policies.
- Work in compliance with ISO/IATF
16949 quality standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or related quality role.
- Experience using small handheld gauges and measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of plastics manufacturing, extrusion, injection molding, or blow molding operations.
- Experience in automotive or ISO/IATF
16949 manufacturing environments.
