Operate machine that forms and glues flat cartons into finished cartons;
Adjust forming bars to accommodate size of box to be shaped (make-ready);
Fill glue pots with adhesive and position rollers to dispense glue onto paperboard;
Inspect cartons for flaws;
Train Finishing Helpers and Finishing Operator Assistants
