This position will leverage our capabilities to target industrial plants in general, but specifically gas turbine power plants for turnkey engineered outage work related to simple cycle and combined cycle (HRSG’s) applications.

This position will leverage our capabilities to target industrial plants in general, but specifically gas turbine power plants for turnkey engineered outage work related to simple cycle and combined cycle (HRSG’s) applications. As we continue to grow, our major objectives are to continue to deliver our customers with the highest quality workmanship with on-time completion, add new innovative services and products, and to provide a profitable and stable organization for the benefit of our employees and their families.
- Ability to accurately operate manual drill presses, lathes, milling machines, boring machines and precision grinding machines.
- Must be able to single-point cut threads on a manually operated lathe.
- Ability to keep tight tolerances
- Must be able to machine a part without a blueprint -- Reverse Engineering
- Ability to work on various metals, including stainless, chrome moly, brass, bronze, carbon steel, titanium, Stellite, cast steel, and aluminum, different alloys.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, evenings, and Overtime when necessary
- May require periodic travel.
- Make tools and fixtures, as needed for special set-ups
- Apply machining knowledge to specialized field machining equipment.
- Capability to endure being on their feet all day
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
Compensation:
Dependent on experience
