Pineville Rehabilitation and Living Center is seeking an experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager to lead and support our skilled nursing team. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your clinical expertise, organization, and passion for quality care truly make an impact.
What You’ll Do- Oversee day-to-day nursing operations on a busy skilled unit
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to maintain exceptional clinical standards
- Monitor care plans, documentation, and quality outcomes
- Foster a positive, team-focused environment
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current, active, unencumbered LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care and nurse management/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
