Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join the night shift leadership team at a partner Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) in Greenville, NC. This facility provides long-term acute care to patients who need extended hospitalization and intensive clinical support after serious illness, injury, or surgery. The team is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful recovery and return to the highest level of independence possible.

• Provide night-shift supervision and support for clinical staff across all units
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing care
• Coordinate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on patient needs and staff assignments
• Act as a resource for critical clinical decisions and emergency response situations
• Support compliance with all regulatory standards, documentation, and hospital policies
• Mentor, coach, and empower night shift team members in their clinical and professional growth

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care or LTACH experience required
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and team communication skills
• A passion for complex care and staff development
