As an RN you will be able to enjoy more time with your patients and families, without having to complete med passes and ADLs. Our devoted staff have helped us to lead the nation in evidence-based and outcome-driven treatment in Behavioral Health.
The RN will help in a triage nurse/charge nurse, overseeing a variety of duties on our residential units. The RNs are assisted by a team of Resident Care Specialists (RCS) who manage med-pass and patient safety checks so the nurse can focus on patient care and not be on a med cart.
Position 1Full-time - Monday – Friday
3:00pm – 11:30pm
No weekends or Holidays!
Monday – Friday
Schedule rotation between the hours of 8am-8:30pm in 8-hour shifts
Float days worked between Brown Deer, Oconomowoc, and West Allis getting exposure to different programs in the Residential setting (will not travel between sites during shift)
Pool - Float between all three hospitals, but most shifts in Oconomowoc at our main hospital
At least 8 shifts per month!
- Triage/Charge nurse focused role not requiring the physical demands of a medical/surgical or skilled nursing unit

- RN License
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
