Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center – Pineville, NC Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN | All Shifts Available Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (Full-Time) Position Summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and support daily activities while working in a collaborative skilled nursing environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents during meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Provide emotional support and build positive relationships with residents
• Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available
• Every other weekend required

• Sign-On Bonus up to $4,000 (Full-Time)

• CNA to Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Long-term care experience preferred
