We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Weekend Warrior to join our 3rd Shift nursing team! We are proud to be AGENCY FREE, providing our nurses with a stable, consistent team and supportive work environment.
Weekend Warrior Schedule- Part-Time
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Additional Weekend Warrior Incentive Pay
- Competitive base pay + applicable shift differentials

As an RN on our 3rd Shift Weekend Warrior team, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while working alongside our nursing and interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Completing nursing assessments and clinical documentation
- Monitoring residents and identifying changes in condition
- Communicating changes to physicians and nursing leadership
- Providing wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed
- Supervising and supporting Nursing Assistants
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
- Helping ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and committed to working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
