What You Do
  • Champion a showroom experience that reflects our brand standards in every detail, from merchandising to overall presentation.
  • Keep client facing areas, stockrooms, and warehouse spaces organized, clean, and visually aligned with expectations.
  • Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory flow, merchandising execution, safety practices, and cash controls.
  • Elevate the client experience by ensuring service is polished, responsive, and aligned with luxury expectations.
  • Address service challenges with professionalism and sound judgment, resolving concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to business and lead reviews by sharing insights, identifying trends, and recommending practical adjustments.
  • Model brand values through professional presence, accountability, and consistent follow through.
  • Build a collaborative team environment where associates feel supported, challenged, and clear on expectations.
  • Protect operational integrity through strong security awareness, audit readiness, and process discipline.
  • Strengthen sales performance by coaching on service behaviors, thoughtful upselling, CRM usage, and skill development, while stepping in as leader on duty when needed.
What You Bring
  • Three or more years of experience in a retail or design environment, including at least two years in a leadership role; luxury experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability through data informed decision making, business analysis, and clear goal setting.
  • Strong capability in selling luxury products while delivering an elevated and memorable client experience.
  • Proven track record of holding teams accountable while cultivating a culture focused on performance and professional growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to coach, influence, and navigate conflict effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with experience using CRM and ERP systems preferred.
  • Financial and operational acumen including inventory control, budgeting, payroll oversight, and cash management, with knowledge of space planning, design practices, fabrics, and merchandising standards valued.
  • Professional presence, strong judgment, and commitment to brand standards and risk management practices, along with a clean MVR and ability to obtain and maintain a CMV license if required.
