Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the first focus and build meaningful connections with customers by identifying needs and educating, demonstrating and recommending device and service solutions.
Whatyou’ll do in your role
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to implementing new store programs and initiatives
- Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and upcoming Internet of Things (IoT) devices
- Maintain store presentation and readiness to ensure a top-performing environment
Approach service and sales with patience, honesty and empathy.
Proficiency with digital tools- Demonstrate how our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood, providing a fast LTE network
- Explain how plans and services enable customers to stay connected and go further
- Describe how wireless is redefined, including device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Build relationships and cross-channel collaboration- Own the customer experience and resolve issues to create a seamless, run-around-free environment
- Identify and hand off small business leads
- Develop strong peer relationships where we are all accountable for the company’s success
- Provide first-class customer experience with a willingness to have a good time

- Prior wireless sales experience

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full-time availability (45 hours)
