Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Representative / Inside Sales Account Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Charlotte NC, Fort Mill SC, Rock Hill SC areas. This role is ideal for a competitive, sales-driven professional who enjoys outbound calling, consultative selling, and building long-term wholesale customer relationships.

• Make 80 to 100 outbound calls per day to prospective retail and wholesale customers.
• Introduce premium kratom and kava product lines to new prospects and guide them through product selection.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, objection handling, closing, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive repeat orders and customer growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, pipeline activity, and sales progress in the CRM.
• Consistently work toward new customer acquisition, revenue goals, call activity, and conversion targets.

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Base salary of $50,000 per year plus commission.
• Performance incentives tied to revenue and growth.
• Onsite schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Occasional remote day may be available, but the role is primarily office-based.
• Leads are provided and uploaded into the system.
• Training and support provided to help set reps up for success.
