Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, alarms, and CCTV for a financial institution
• Dispatch security officers to incidents and routine patrols
• Coordinate response with on-site teams and law enforcement when needed
• Log and document all calls, incidents, and actions taken with accuracy
• Follow financial security and compliance protocols at all times
• Communicate clearly via phone, radio, and computer systems
• Support emergency procedures, escalations, and incident reporting
• Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and clients
• Assist with access control and verification processes
• Participate in ongoing training and security drills
