Reach Truck Operator

NCW is seeking a safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations in our Transportation & Logistics department. In this role, you'll operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve palletized materials in high-bay racking, load/unload trailers, and support efficient shipping and receiving. You'll use RF scanners, follow OSHA and facility safety standards, and assist with inventory accuracy and general warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve materials in high-bay racking
• Load and unload trailers and staging areas according to warehouse procedures
• Pull, stage, and replenish orders to support production and shipping deadlines
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report issues
• Follow OSHA and facility safety guidelines, housekeeping, and 5
• S standards
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory movements accurately
