Our rapidly growing company is waiting for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Scheduler
.

This is a Full-Time, Year-Round Position at our Pinole, CA headquarters.

Job Type: Full-time 8am-5pm Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)

Responsibilities
  • Quickly and efficiently answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Actively listening to the customer to learn about their situation and how we can help them
  • Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling and routing of services to our team of technicians
  • Dispatching jobs and updates to technicians in the field
  • Coordinate any adjustments in schedule with customers and service technicians
  • Provide sales support and recommendations
Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong telephone and computer skills
  • Experience scheduling and routing teams of technicians
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Quick Books and Salesforce knowledge is a plus!
  • COVID-19 vaccination is required
  • Must pass a Background Check for our insurance requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish is not required but is a plus!
