Schedule- 7 a.m.
- 7 p.m. shifts - 13-week contract duration
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) experience required
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Proficient in patient assessments, critical thinking, and implementing care plans
- Effective communication skills and ability to work seamlessly in a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on the Medical-Surgical unit
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic medical record
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, patient privacy, and infection control
