Are you an Accountant who wants more than a routine close‑something who's driven to understand the business, influence decisions, and grow into leadership? At our Sidney, Ohio manufacturing site, this role offers exactly that. As part of Ingersoll Rand, you'll step into a high‑visibility position supporting a growing, high‑potential business unit where finance is deeply connected to operations. Reporting to the Controller, you'll take ownership of key elements of the month‑end close, cost accounting, and variance analysis—while partnering directly with plant leadership to understand what's really driving performance.
This is not a back‑office role. You'll be in the business working alongside operations, translating financials into insights, and helping guide smarter decisions across production, cost, and profitability. With shared services handling transactional work, your focus stays where it matters most: analysis, ownership, and impact.
If you're a hands‑on, forward‑thinking Accountant ready to move beyond the close and make a real impact, this is your opportunity to grow with the business—and shape what comes next.
