Our client is a large tier-1 automotive supplier with manufacturing locations across North America. They have a manufacturing facility north of Dayton, OH where they employee over 800 full-time employees. Benefits start the first of the month after hire date. The current opening is for a Staff Accountant. Main duties include:

• Analyzing financial and cost data
• Account reconciliation
• Cost estimating
• Variance analysis
• Assisting with month-end closings
• Special projects as needed

Qualifications include:

• A.S. in Accounting, B.S. degree preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Previous cost accounting and variance analysis experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
