Scale ClerkCore Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling phone inquiries, processing orders, and supporting field sales representatives with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members using verbal and written skills
- Operate office equipment and accurately perform scale duties, ensuring precise measurements and data recording
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Read and understand various documents including instruction manuals, safety information, and hazard labels to ensure compliance and safety
- Perform general office administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and supporting other administrative functions as needed
- Make informed decisions independently, handling administrative responsibilities with sound judgment
- Adapt to changing priorities and diverse tasks to support the dynamic needs of the operation
Skills:
- Excellence in customer service with a professional and positive demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and office tasks
- Ability to operate office equipment and perform scale-related duties accurately
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking effectively
- Competent in reading and comprehending technical and safety documents
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing work environment
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
Prior experience in an office environment preferred but not required. - Other Requirements:
Strong work ethic and reliability in performing scale and administrative duties.
