Education Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Additional training in business, administration, data management, or information systems is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with high-volume data entry or related administrative support roles.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data management and reporting functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP, SQL, or Python.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Primarily seated office-based position with extended computer use.
- Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and data entry.
- Ability to maintain close attention to detail while reviewing data and reports.
- Occasional walking through warehouse and manufacturing areas.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through written correspondence.
- Enter, review, and maintain service part information within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Process updates and changes to existing part records based on business requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the item master database.
- Assist in developing and documenting bulk part upload and mass-update processes.
- Analyze data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Support additional data entry projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate ERP records and improve data management processes.
