Superintendent of Construction
Division: RCS Construction (Piqua, Ohio)
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site.
- Manage workers to ensure completion of tasks by scheduled time.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Manager to complete job on time and budget.
- Ensure necessary material is delivered at appropriate time.
- Hold quality control on the job site.
- Help with onboarding of new subcontractors.
- Prefer some time spent studying construction management.
- Experience in various fields of the construction industry, with knowledge of common materials, equipment, and tools.
- Time spent in the field with other company superintendents to ensure competency and understanding of duties.
- Hands‑on leader.
- First‑shift work, Monday‑Friday.
Salary negotiable BOE.
