Customer Service Intern — Collaborative Problem Solver

Basic Function

The Customer Service Intern provides support for the organization’s customers by providing the highest level of customer service possible.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to resolve issues.
• Provide timely follow‑up and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in relevant systems.
• Support additional administrative or customer service tasks as needed.
• Provide information to customers regarding order status, product availability, product pricing, and bill of materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Currently pursuing an associate degree.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous internship experience.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
