You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.### What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care)
* Comprehensive Care:
Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
* Diagnosis & Planning:
Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
* Wellness

Education:

Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
* Culture:
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.###

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications)
* Active and unrestricted PA license in the practicing state.
* Board certification as a PA.
* DEA registration.
* 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
* Experience treating patients ages 2+.
* Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
* Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
