Licensed Nursing Home Administrator LNHA

We're looking for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead two sister skilled nursing facilities in the greater Dayton area. This is not a typical single-building Administrator seat — as Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you'll oversee two facilities located an easy drive apart, with the autonomy to run them your way and a very generous bonus structure on top of a $125,000–$135,000 base salary.

Our organization is a growing skilled nursing operator known for a home-like environment and close ties to the communities it serves. We need a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who has done this before: prior experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting is required. • Direct the day-to-day operations of both skilled nursing facilities

• Lead department heads and staff across both buildings, keeping teams strong and stable

• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance at all times

• Drive census, quality outcomes, and financial performance

• Serve as the face of both facilities to residents, families, and the community

• Active Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license — required

• Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting — required

• $125,000–$135,000 per year

• Very generous bonus structure
