Overview
A Piqua yard is in need of a Skid-Steer Loader / Non-Ferrous Metal Operator, a 1st shift position @ $18 per hour. Operator will load, unload, sort, process, and grade metals like aluminum, copper, stainless steel and brass in a recycling or manufacturing setting.

(Excludes Iron Metal)

Schedule
:
Monday through Friday, 8AM-4:30 PM

Duties:

• Operate a skid-steer loader and/or forklift.
• Load and unload materials.
• Grade and sort incoming metals.
• Operate cutting equipment and a variety of hand tools.
• Build loads for delivery.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Maintaining inventory records.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Home Phone or Cell.
• A Valid Driver’s License.
• Your Own Transportation.
• A Clean Background with
  NO
  Felony Conviction.
• Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen.
• Knowledge of metal grades preferred.
• Previous Skid-Steer Loader / Forklift experience.
• Trade School Preferred/
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to handle light to mid weights, 5-40 lbs.
