Drumpack Operator - NH

Job Description

Packaging drum pack tubular wire for customer use according to Route Card / process sheet and production schedule requirements.

• Operate safely and identify/correct unsafe situations.
• Follow process specifications for machine setup, production, and packaging.
• Run multiple machines.
• Perform specified quality checks.
• Complete machine setup, change over, cast/sinewave adjustments, and troubleshooting in a timely manner.
• Place nonconforming products on hold.
• Perform rework.
• Perform restock and housekeeping.
• Willing to train on and operate other machines/processes as necessary.
• Read and update schedule.

• Training on applicable Precision / Robo Pack and Drum Pack machinery is required.
• Able to lift approx. 65 pounds on a continual basis.
• Able to safely load/unload reels in and out of machine.
• Able to meet/exceed specified production rates.
• Able to meet expectations for safety, attendance, and time management.
• Possess an excellent quality record.
• Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and team working skills.
• Forklift experience may be required.
