How You Contribute to The TeamThe Production Machine Operator is responsible for various tasks in the manufacturing of garage door springs. Production Machine Operator opportunities are available in our spring commercial, conveyor, winding, coning, and stenciling departments.
- Set-up and operate equipment.
- Quality check springs and component parts.
- Perform clean-up, loading and unloading products, cutting and other general production duties as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in using hand and measurement tools.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Dependability and a willingness to learn.
- This position will frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
Team members are paid weekly
. The target hourly pay range is $18.00 - $21.00 depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending upon shift and location.
