Basic Function
Assembles parts at workstations per work instructions and on the job training. Tests pumps and accessories to meet product specifications. Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties- Assemble parts per prints, work instructions, and on the job training.
- Use basic hand tools and air tools to assemble products.
- Perform specified electrical and performance tests on subassemblies and assembled product.
- Assist on paint line as needed.
- Complete key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance measurement.
- Work with other people in a team environment.
- Maintain clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED. - Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing experience.
- Mechanical / electrical aptitude.
- Stable work history.
