Operate the tubular wire spooler packaging process safely;
Set up and change over the spooler to meet production rates;
Perform routine quality checks and visual inspections;
Enter quality checks into Route Card and place nonconforming products on hold;
Monitor the spooler to ensure quality products are being produced; report maintenance issues; communicate with Team Leads, Process Techs, Maintenance; perform housekeeping
