A Licensed Practical Nurse administers resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or a physician to maintain the highest level of resident care.

• Administering medication as prescribed by the physician.
• Answer call lights.
• Complete documentation of care given.
• Follow residents' care plans.
• Report any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification recommended.
• Experience – If you’ve had a job or experience in a position with similar goals and responsibilities, we’d love to connect with you. If you are a new grad, no problem! We will train you.
