Overview

Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care to patients of all ages in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostics, and provide evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages in a clinic setting
  • Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostics
  • Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD
  • Perform minor office procedures and provide urgent care interventions as appropriate
  • Document all encounters accurately in the EMR and maintain detailed medical records
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
  • Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and performance initiatives

Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted RN and APRN/FNP license in practicing state
  • National FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility
  • BLS certification (required)
  • ACLS and/or PALS certification (preferred)
  • Eligibility for credentialing with major insurers and Medicare/Medicaid
