* RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

*** Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Lead quality system tools:
Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, MSA
* Lead CAPA processes and ensure timely closure
* Support ISO and third-party certification activities
* Support PPAP and First Article Inspection (FAI)
* Develop inspection and testing standards
* Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
* Support supplier quality and performance monitoring
* Analyze quality metrics and drive improvements
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations
* Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed
* Other duties as assigned

* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
* 2–3 years of manufacturing or quality experience
* Strong root cause and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Strong data analysis skills
* Effective communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Experience in assembly or machining environments
* ISO 9001 / AITF 16949 certification experience
* Experience with PPAP, FAI, CAPA
* Lean or Continuous Improvement experience
* Supplier quality experience
* Power BI, Minitab, or advanced analytics tools
