Quality Inspectors

Arrow/CESG is currently hiring Quality Inspectors to support a manufacturing facility in Anna, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with quality inspection, laboratory, or manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Perform quality testing on inbound raw materials and outbound finished plastic products.
• Inspect and verify materials meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct routine laboratory testing and record accurate test results.
• Identify non-conforming materials and communicate findings to production and quality teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and testing records.
• Follow all quality procedures, safety guidelines, and laboratory protocols.
• Assist with continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Previous experience in quality inspection, laboratory testing, manufacturing, or production preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Comfortable working with raw materials and finished plastic compounds.
• Basic computer skills and accurate documentation abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must be willing to work every other weekend.
