A motivated attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the capacity to communicate effectively with clients in a sales environment. While prior sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful, our in‑house and virtual new‑agent training plus continuing industry education build the foundation needed to launch your agency.

We do not require prospective agents to have capital or assets. Future agents are not required to purchase an agency or receive a loan from us – we simply provide the opportunity. The only expectations are meeting sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies. A true business owner’s mindset is required to succeed.

Develop prospects and sell Shelter products within your agency. You may also have the opportunity to bring on staff to assist with general administrative duties and improve sales performance.
