• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general repair and maintenance services

• At least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Possession of – or ability to acquire – commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance

• Identify and complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general repair and maintenance services
• Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property
• Deliver high-quality service to residents and guests
• Support the community’s physical assets and property operations
