Field Superintendent

Our experienced estimators, project managers, and installers work with architects, general contractors, and owners to add value to the project while completing on budget and on time. Glassco offers custom designed solutions for commercial glazing, LEED assistance, fabrication, and installation.

This is a first‑shift, full‑time role based out of our Piqua, Ohio location. Pay based on experience and skillset. Our services include the design and installation for projects such as storefronts, curtain walls, skylights, ACM panels, historic window replacement and much more.

• A minimum of three years experience in a glazing leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of glazing processes, materials and systems including curtain walls, skylights, panels and doors.
• Liaison between office and field ensuring proper project info is shared with Project Management for what is being seen and done on the project.
• Work with Foremen on duties, leadership, planning, and executing projects safely and efficiently.
• Onsite quality control.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 100 pounds for extended periods of time.
