HVAC Lead​/Supervisor

Division: RCS Construction (This role can be based out of our Piqua, OH or Celina, OH locations.)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to lead and supervise an HVAC crew. This opportunity can be from our Piqua or Celina location. The ideal candidate will oversee and perform installation, electrical and mechanical inspection, start-up and maintenance on HVAC systems. Ductwork installation experience is essential. Must be customer oriented and work well with others. We want a leader that wants to take the next step in their HVAC career.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee crew of HVAC Techs and HVAC Apprentices on the job site.
• Manage, mentor, and train other associates.
• Installation of new HVAC systems for residential and light commercial projects.
• Ductwork installation experience is essential.
• Perform electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Represents the company in a positive manner to other trades, contractors and owners.
• Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Submits required paperwork to management in a timely manner.
• Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have current HVAC certification
• Desire and accountability to take on a Lead / Supervisor role
• 1+ year of experience with ductwork installation
• Must have a valid Driver's License
